We don’t overproduce. We release in small drops. Each garment is intentional. Something you’ll reach for often and hold onto for years.

1. About Juradem
Juradem is an independent clothing brand offering high-quality, intentionally designed garments. We operate through a mix of pre-order items (made-to-order with a production timeline) and pre-made inventory (available for immediate shipping while supplies last). Each release is produced in small batches to ensure quality and exclusivity.
2. Pre-Orders
Some products are sold as pre-orders (production begins after purchase). Estimated timeline: 5–7 weeks (4–5 weeks production + 1–2 weeks shipping/fulfillment). Timelines may extend due to high volume/manufacturing/logistics. We do not accept chargebacks related to pre-order wait times.
3. Account Responsibility
You’re responsible for the security of your account credentials.
4. Orders & Payment
We may accept or reject orders at our discretion. You confirm accuracy and authorization of payment/shipping info.
5. Product Pricing & Availability
Errors can occur; we’ll contact you to correct/replace/cancel if needed. Prices may change without notice.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees at checkout; delivery estimates are not guaranteed (especially for pre-orders). Ensure your address is correct.
7. Return Policy
All sales are final. Only defective/damaged-on-arrival items are eligible within 7 days (with photos).
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Chargebacks on valid pre-orders are considered fraudulent; we reserve the right to pursue action.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by Juradem. Do not reuse without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect/consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Juradem for breaches/misuse.

Return Policy
All Sales Are Final. No returns/exchanges except for manufacturer defects or damage on arrival.
Condition for Returns
Email support@juradem.com within 7 days with clear photos.
Once verified, we’ll share return instructions and provide an exchange or refund depending on availability.
