Every piece is vintage inspired and Western Americana influenced. Each piece is designed to be worn every single day and made to reflect the mindset of persistence, not only in the clothes, but the individual wearing them.

We try not to overproduce. We don’t drop frequently. We release in small, limited drops.

Each garment is intentional. Something you can genuinely wear often and hold on to for years.

Errors can occur. We’ll contact you to correct, replace, or cancel if needed. Prices may change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Ensure your address is correct.

6. Return Policy

All sales are final. Only defective or damaged-on-arrival items are eligible within 7 days (with photos).

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks on valid orders are considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to pursue action.

8. Intellectual Property

Occasionally we offer pre-orders once garments sell out for those who still want a piece. We do not typically do pre-orders on release (at least not yet).

Pre-orders typically take around 4–5 weeks total for production and shipping out to you. Delays may occur. By ordering, you agree to the full timeline. Chargebacks during this period are invalid.

2. Pre-Made Shipping

Orders typically ship in 3–5 business days. Domestic delivery is usually around 4–5 business days once shipped.

3. Pre-Orders

Occasionally we offer pre-orders once our garments sell out, because they do sell out quickly, for those who still really want a piece. We do not typically do pre-orders on release (at least not yet).

4. International

International delivery is usually around 5–8 business days once shipped. Customs delays are possible. Any customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

Customer is responsible for a correct shipping address.

7. Lost or Damaged

Email support@juradem.com for help. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right.

8. Final Sale and Returns

All sales are final. See Return Policy.

Condition for Returns

Once verified, we’ll share return instructions and provide an exchange or refund depending on availability.
